It is hosted and powered by International Chair of Logistics and Service Engineering, Faculty of Engineering Management. The OMiLAB@HSBI is designed as a blended learning environment, particularly in the field of organizational development and innovation management.

OMiLAB@UPV is part of the Value Co-Creation Laboratories network of the EU-funded project CoDEMO 5.0.

OMiLAB@HUA is a collaborative learning environment in the fields of system design, digital transformation, innovation development.

We focus on conceptual modeling and the digital transformation of business models, value networks, and enterprise architectures, with particular emphasis on artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and business process innovation.

The university places great emphasis on ensuring that students are best prepared to enter the labour market. Many classes are conducted in laboratory rooms that reflect real working conditions, one of which is the OMiLAB laboratory.

OMiLAB@UNIZA is approaching the digitalization of selected sports management processes (e.g. funding at the regional and local level), athletes’ learning and development, sports managers’ development, modelling of human resources processes (onboarding, motivating, evaluating the work performance, etc.).
